Pricing

Pay like airtime, not a subscription. Priced in naira

3650HQ has no monthly fee and no per-seat pricing. You top up a prepaid credit wallet, like buying airtime, and are charged only when you actually send a message, transcribe a voice note, or use AI. A quiet week costs you nothing. Start with 50 free credits, then top up in naira via Flutterwave whenever you need more.

What credits actually buy

Every action has a transparent, fixed rate:

WhatsApp reply (in an open conversation)0.05 credit
WhatsApp template, campaign or flow send2 credits
Outbound Instagram or Messenger reply0.05 credit
Inbound message (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger)0.01 credit
AI-drafted reply0.02 credits
Voice-note transcription0.05 credits

That means the Starter bundle (500 credits) covers roughly 10,000 WhatsApp replies to customers who messaged you first, or about 250 campaign or template sends if you are the one starting the conversation. Day-to-day replying is the cheap part; what draws down the wallet is reaching out first.

Pricing questions

How much does 3650HQ cost?

3650HQ has no monthly subscription. You start with 50 free credits, then top up a prepaid wallet whenever you like. You're charged only when you send a message, transcribe audio, or use AI. A quiet week costs nothing.

How much does an outbound WhatsApp message cost?

It depends on which kind. Replying inside a conversation a customer already started costs 0.05 credits. Sending a template, a campaign or a flow costs 2 credits, because it starts a new conversation rather than answering one. Instagram and Messenger replies are 5 credits. Inbound messages cost 1 credit each, AI-drafted replies 0.02 credits and voice-note transcription 0.05 credits.

Do I also pay Meta for WhatsApp messages?

Yes. Meta bills WhatsApp message fees directly to your own WhatsApp Business account, separately from 3650HQ. Credits are 3650HQ's charge for using the platform; they don't include or replace Meta's fees. Each conversation in your inbox shows an estimate of what Meta billed for it, next to the credits it used.

Is there a per-agent or per-seat fee?

No. Credits are shared across your whole workspace. Add as many teammates as you need at no extra cost.

What currencies can I pay in?

Top-ups run through Flutterwave in NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR or USD. Pricing on this page defaults to Nigerian Naira (NGN), and you can use the currency selector above to view pricing in USD, KES, GHS, or ZAR.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Outbound sending pauses until you top up. Nothing is ever billed on credit, and inbound messages, replies already in flight, and your data are never affected by a low balance.

Do unused credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them.
