Built for businesses whose shop is a WhatsApp chat

3650HQ is one place to sell, get paid and deliver for businesses that sell over WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. It's built in Nigeria, by people who watched good businesses lose sales between "how much?" and the customer's door.

Origin

It started as an inbox. Then we followed the money.

The first question was simple: could one inbox hold WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Messenger and email, on official APIs, without risking anyone's account? Plenty of people said no. We built it on the official WhatsApp Business Platform as a verified Meta Tech Provider, and that shared team inbox is still the foundation.

Then we spent time with the merchants who use it, and the inbox turned out to be only part of the problem. Businesses lose money in the gaps after the message arrives: a reply that comes too late, a customer sent to a website who never comes back, a payment screenshot that turns out to be a fake alert, a delivery agreed on a phone call with no price written down.

So 3650HQ now covers the whole sale. Customers can pick an item, enter an address, choose a courier at a live price and get an account number to pay into, all inside WhatsApp. Every invoice has its own account number and marks itself paid when the money lands. Delivery is booked with Kwik, GIG or Routely from the same conversation, and voice notes arrive as text you can read in seconds.

How we build

Three things we won't compromise on

Facts come from the system, not the chat
Prices, stock and payment status are read from your records, never from what a customer typed. A transfer screenshot is never proof of payment, for your team or for the AI.
Official rails only
The official WhatsApp Business Platform, as a verified Meta Tech Provider, and licensed payment rails through Monnify. No grey-market senders, so your number stays yours.
Encrypted by default, not by request
Access tokens and message bodies are sealed with AES-256-GCM, and every workspace is isolated from every other, for every customer from day one.

Why we charge like airtime

Small businesses don't have smooth months. December is busy, January is quiet, and a slow week shouldn't cost anything. So 3650HQ has no monthly subscription and no per-seat fee. You start with 50 free credits, add as many teammates as you need, and top up when you run low, in NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR or USD.

You pay for what you use: a message sent, a voice note transcribed, an AI draft. Every rate is on the pricing page.

What we won't build

Saying no keeps the product fast for the people it's for. These are choices, not gaps on a roadmap.

A pipeline CRM

If your sales team lives in deal stages and marketing automation, a CRM like HubSpot is the better tool, and 3650HQ doesn't plug into it today. We built for the business owner whose pipeline is a WhatsApp chat.

A ticketing helpdesk

There are no SLA timers or ticket schemas to configure before anyone can reply. The businesses we serve are selling, not running a support department.

A grey-market bulk sender

Campaigns go out through Meta-approved templates on the official API. Tools that get numbers banned aren't a shortcut we'll take.

AI that acts without your say

AI replies to public comments are off until you switch them on, the AI can't confirm a payment the provider hasn't confirmed, and any conversation can be handed back to a person in one tap.

The team

Built in Nigeria, for the markets we know

3650HQ is built by a small team in Nigeria. We price in naira first, settle payments through local bank transfer, book local couriers, and transcribe voice notes in Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo and Swahili as well as English, because that is how our customers' customers actually talk.
